Return Eligibility

Note: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer support at support@pykari.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable.
  2. Approval: Our team will review the request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.
  3. Return Shipment: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Ensure the package is labeled with the return authorization number.
  4. Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it.
  5. Refund or Replacement: If the item passes the quality check, we will process a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.

Refund Policy

Refund Methods:

  • Original Payment Method: For payments made via credit/debit card, bKash, Rocket, or bank transfer, refunds will be processed back to the original account.
  • Bank Transfer: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer. Customers will need to provide bank account details.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days.
  • bKash/Rocket: 5-7 business days.
  • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days.
